2. It’s been a while

Refresh your connection to anatomy and technique in motion with Restore from the Ground Up.  If 60-minute classes don’t work for your schedule, you might start with the Bite-Sized Fundamentals, then look for shorter classes within the Restorative section.

3. I’m ready to dive in

Head to our Classes page and see what catches your eye.  Choose by the amount of TIME you have, a CATEGORY that piques your interest, or a PROP you have on hand.

Total Body-Mind Workouts

Not your typical Pilates workouts. Our classes will work you head to toe, in a focused and deliberate way. We want you to notice everything and develop a deeper sense of connection with and control of your body.

Try our Mat and Slow Strength classes, with Standing classes for extra challenge.

Welcome!

We’re so glad you found your way here~

We are real people, with real bodies, and real histories. 
We’ve been movement collaborators for a very long time (since 2002!).  We have experienced, for ourselves and for our students, how much a regular Pilates practice improves quality of life.  We believe in Pilates as foundational physical education, as daily maintenance for healthy joints, as injury rehabilitation, as a moving meditation… 

We want to simplify and demystify Pilates so that you can benefit from regular practice, too!
