Choose Your Pilates Adventure

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, you once had a practice but it’s been a while, or you’re experienced but looking for inspiration, we have a path for you!

1. I’m brand new

We highly recommend these Bite-Sized Fundamentals.

2. It’s been a while

Refresh your connection to anatomy and technique in motion with Restore from the Ground Up.

If 60-minute classes don’t work for your schedule, you might start with the Bite-Sized Fundamentals, then look for shorter classes within the Restorative section.

3. I’m ready to dive in

Head to our Classes page and see what catches your eye.  Choose by the amount of time you have, a category that piques your interest, or a prop you have on hand.

How to Use "Favorites"

Is there a class you particularly enjoyed, and would like to revisit?  Under the class title, you’ll find a bookmark icon next to the word “Favorite”.
Click there.

 

 

A pop-up window will ask you to choose a category.  If you don’t want to create multiple categories, just add one called Favorites, or whatever you like.  Once you (create and) click on the category, the class will be saved.

TO VIEW SAVED CLASSES

From your desktop…

Go to the main menu at the top of any page, hover over MEMBERS, and from the options that appear, click on My Favorites.

Or from mobile…

1. First, click on the menu icon:

 

2. Then click on “MEMBERS”:

 

3. Then click “My Favorites” and there you go!
