Foam Roller

Green is good for mostly everyone; the pink one is softer and good for those with fibromyalgia or sensitive spines.

Magic Circle

Also known as Pilates Ring. We like the “Ultra Fit Circle” by Balanced Body.

Mat

We love the Manduka yoga mat – it is a good, thicker mat.

Loop Bands

The loop bands come in varying sizes and shapes. The Power Systems set offers a broad range of resistances, from very light to very heavy.

Fabric Loops

Folks who find the regular loop bands uncomfortable around the thighs really like these, made of fabric and a bit roomier!

Pinky Ball

We like this ball for foot rolling and other self massage exercises.
*Some classes may use two balls at once.

Stability Ball

We love this ball, also commonly known as a physioball or swiss ball or fondly “the big ball.”
Sizing:   Under 5’5” = 55 cm • 5’5”-6’ = 65 cm • 6’+ = 75cm

Squishy Ball

This is the crowd favorite prop – the beloved squishy ball. It often comes in many different colors. We like this one from the Franklin Method.

Therabands

Therabands come in different strengths. We like the latex-free band as it lasts longer and tears less.  You can get a light set or a heavy set.

Weights

We recommend having one heavy set and one light set on hand, no pun intended…this is a nice set that helps you stays organized!

Yoga Block

This light foam block comes in a variety of colors.  Flow classes may use two blocks.

Yoga Strap

We prefer this strap with a plastic buckle; it holds more securely than a D-ring.

Percussion Massager

We love this percussion massager to hyrdate and increase circulation to fascia and muscles. It’s also great for pain relief!

Percussion Roller

Adding the benefits of vibration to your foam rolling practice can actually mitigate any discomfort you experience.

Oov Stability Tool

A more advanced alternative to stability work on the foam roller.  Small: up to 5’6″ / up to 132 lbs. • Medium: 5’6″–5’11” / 132–176 lbs. • Large: 5’11″+ / 176 lbs.+
